• geneoz VMS performs an audit of every box and every animal during the weekly husbandry. This weekly audit ensures accurate animal numbers and correct animal status information, including data about mating, pregnancy, litters, pups, weaning and much more.
  
  
• geneoz VMS can display individual animals or groups of animals in the actual location within the vivarium eliminating the need for time-consuming searches in the animal room. A similar process can be used to find occupied or empty rack positions, and to display room-by-room occupancy rates of the vivarium.
  
  
• geneoz VMS automatically records all animal information so that it can easily be reviewed making colony management transparent and efficient (see IACUC). Colony management tasks such as matings are initiated within geneoz VMS and are directly accessed by technicians in the vivarium eliminating the need for paper trails, emails, phone calls or similar.
