• geneoz VMS staff will install and commission the geneoz VMS in collaboration with vivarium managers, vivarium technicians, investigators, veterinarians, IACUC and IT department.
  
  
• geneoz VMS services include ongoing online training, support and service. Online support to all users is via secure Jabber server allowing for real-time communications by text, audio, video or screen sharing.
  
  
• geneoz VMS offers a personalised remote colony management and colony review service on request.
